How do I find status of my eVOA application?


You can find the status of your application through status section once you logged in to your account on each time, also once your application is processed, you may receive an email notification to your registered email account.



My application is not processed in 3 working days, how do I proceed further?


If your application not processed within 3 working days and your travel date is coming soon, then you can contact our help desk to resolve this.
