What is the Payment method & Visa Fees ?
Charges for eVOA including visa fees and process fees are found on information page. All payment can pay via debit or credit, which can deduct in local currency.
Can I pay using any other person card details?
Yes, you can pay using any third-party card details but make sure your card is enabled for 3D secure code.
Is there any concession on visa fees for child, infant or group application?
Same fees are charging for each application including infants. There is no any concession on this.
Can I request refund for rejected or unused application?
All paid fees are non-refundable. No refund cannot claim.
Due to payment issues, I made twice payment on same application. Can I request refund?
Yes, we charge only for processed application. If any multiple payment on same application which is fully refundable. You can request via Helpdesk and refund process will take 5-10 working days.
My bank has charged money for these transactions but application is not success. What should I do further?
There is multiple reason for not successful application as follows
- 1. Payment is failure.
- 2. During confirmation time there is network busy or internet lose.
- 3. Your bank is not authorized to provide final confirmation.
We suggest you to check with your bank statement, if it charged, then you can share that information via our helpdesk. We will verify and update those payment to your application if it received otherwise if fund is with your bank then normally it will reverse to your account within week as per banks. You can try with another card or make payment again. Any multiple payment on same application reference is fully refundable.
