How to Apply eVOA?

In 3 simple steps, your Thailand E-VOA application is ready!

  • 1 Provide the Application details and upload the necessary Documents
  • 2 Pay the fees online by using Credit or Debit Card.
  • 3 Once it approved then download the Approved eVOA.

At the Immigration Checkpoint

As soon as you arrive in Thailand with the pre-approved E-VOA, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Visit to Visa on Arrival (VOA) Gate in the immigration checkpoint and enter the Dedicated eVOA Lane Counter.
  • Show your valid passport to the immigration officer.
  • Get the final approval and visa stamping in the passport and enter Thailand.

Visa Charges

All applicant has to make a payment to complete and process your application. eVOA fees to be made for eVisa is strictly non-refundable including processing & service fees as follows:

Normal Visa fee: 0 THB (Valid till 30/04/2019)*

Regular Service fee: 600 THB


Express Fast track service: To process your application within 24 hours and get your eVOA letter.

Fast Track Visa Fee: 0 THB (Valid till 30/04/2019)*

Fast Track Service: 2500 THB

* Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Thailand has temporarily exempted the Visa on Arrival (VOA) fee starting from 14th January 2019 to 30th April 2019

You can pay the mentioned fees using your Visa, Master Card Debit or Credit Card. It is not compulsory for card to be on applicant name. Make sure your card has 3D security system enabled and activated for international transaction.

Photograph Guidelines

Applicant photo must be 4x6 cm in size, as per International Standard photograph. Applicant Photo should match the following specification :

  • Your photo must be recently taken at least 6 months.
  • Background of photo must be white.
  • No blur or shades in the face and original skin colour visible.
  • Both ears are facing straight and No side view pictures.
  • High resolution pictures at least scanned in 150 dpi clarity.

If photo does not match with above requirement then you have to upload new photo before processing. Otherwise your application will be further delay for resubmission.

Processing Period

In generally your eVOA application processing period is 24-72 working hours. If your application is exceeded more than 5 days then you can contact us via Support Desk.
