What are the documents required for mine and my family members?
Each applicant required visa to enter Thailand. Fill application for each member along with requested same documents and can use same login account for everyone.

My application was pending for requesting additional document but unable to upload due to short time for processing, in this case what should I do?
If you have trouble in uploading document due to server maintenance or delaying in uploading document, you can contact us via Support Desk
Any other procedure or stamping is required before my departure?
There is no stamping process required and you need to carry hard copy of pre-approved eVOA which is received on your registered email or download from your registered login account.
My application was pending for requesting to submit additional document, but my group member application will be on HOLD until I submit document?
Other person application will be process as normal except your application will be hold until you submit requested documents.
I am unable to submit my requested document on time, so what will be status of my application or fees paid online?
If you cannot submit within time frame, you can inform us via Help Desk and same information will be share to immigration to make final decision on uncompleted application.
