An eVOA is only valid for a single journey to Thailand within the mentioned period as per the visa policy issued in the eVOA, provided that the applicant's passport remains valid. It is intended for purposes of shorterm trip trips. Upon entering Thailand, applicants are subject to Thailand laws.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their stay in Thailand is within the approved time period stated in the eVOA. They are not allowed to accept employment, enroll in any education system, or represent foreign information media during their stay in Thailand.

All eVOA applications are considered on individual merit, and the Thailand High Commission/Consulate reserves the right to seek additional information at any stage of processing. The receipt of an application does not guarantee the issuance of the eVOA. The Thailand High Commission/Consulate may refuse an eVOA application without providing a reason. Applicants must ensure they hold a valid Thailand eVOA before traveling to Thailand.

Applicants must submit their eVOA applications in a timely manner before traveling to Thailand. This site or E Services will not be responsible or liable for any travel arrangement delays resulting from an applicant's inappropriate action regarding the timing of the visa application or the visa assessment result of the High Commission and Consulates.

Applicants must ensure that all information furnished for the eVOA application, either by themselves or on their behalf, is true and accurate. In the event of any mistake or misinformation caused by the applicants, resulting in rejection and re-application of the eVOA, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to re-apply and pay for a new eVOA application.

An eVOA may be revoked at any time and for any reason, such as new information influencing eligibility. Applicants may be subject to administrative or criminal penalties if they knowingly and willfully make any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations in an electronic travel authorization application submitted by themselves or on their behalf.

Applicants are required to make payments for the eVOA processing & access usage fee and visa fee to submit the eVOA application. Additional fees will be imposed by the online payment gateway service provider for online payment transactions between the applicant and the authorized issuing banks. In the event of eVOA application rejection, the process fee may be refundable on a case-by-case basis, and the refund process may take up to 5-15 days. However, the visa fee will not be refunded.

The eVOA application will be processed within mentioned period 24 hour -5 working days from the time the applicant has made payment and submitted the eVOA application. The approval of the eVOA application is at the sole discretion of the Thailand High Commission/Consulate. The Thailand High Commission/Consulate reserves the right to decline or reject an eVOA application without providing any reason.

This processing time does not include unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as system maintenance downtime, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, or acts of war. Once the application has been approved, applicants will receive an email notification regarding the eVOA application result, which may include the status:

The Thailand High Commission/Consulate has the right to reject any eVOA applications without providing reasons for rejection. Applicants acknowledge and confirm that E Services is not involved in the visa assessment and decision-making process. The Thailand High Commission/Consulates have the authority to decide whether an eVOA will be issued, the type of eVOA to be issued, as well as its validity, duration of stay, and number of entries, in accordance with Thailand's relevant laws and regulations. Applicants are required to pay all fees to the E Services regardless of the application result.

Issuance or approval of an eVOA does not guarantee the right to enter Thailand. Entry is at the sole discretion of the Thailand Immigration Officer at the entry point. In the event of visa denial or entry denial into Thailand by the Immigration Officer, E Services shall not be liable to the applicant in any manner.

Inquiries to the E Services are based on its understanding of the applicant's inquiries and the limited information known to provide assistance for visa applications. The E Services does not make any promises or assurances and bears no legal responsibility for the answers to applicant's inquiries.

Applicants acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will the E Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, and/or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of business or goodwill, or interruption of business, arising from their application and/or any of the eVOA application services, whether or not relating to any act, error, omission, or negligence by the E Services Counter or any officer, agent, employee, and representative of the E Services.

eVOA/Visa is subject to entry permission by an Immigration Official at the time of actual entry and can be revoked at any time.

This is an online private application operated by EServices. It is not officially connected with any others. It is an independent organization handling visa queries. All risks and causes are borne by applicants. E Services handles the application and document processing on behalf of applicant request for smooth process and faster approval.
