How to enter Surname if no name mentioned in passport?
In your passport surname is blank, then leave it as blank or type space value.
What should I do if I received eVOA with incorrect information?
If you received with an incorrect information, you may contact us via Help Desk
My Pre approved eVOA is single or multiple entry?
Thailand eVOA note is Single Entry only and it cannot be used as multiple entry.
Does Child or Infants require an eVOA?
All applicant required eVOA including children or infants. There is no any concession in fees for minors.
How much time will take to process my application?
In generally your eVOA application processing period is 24-72 working hours. If your application is exceeded more than 5 days then you can contact us via Support Desk
How do I process my application if I have dual citizenship passport?
You can use any passport if it in under eligible country for eVOA as prescribed in the terms and condition.
What to do if I lose my eVOA Approval note?
You can access via your email account or through online registered account. If you unable to access then you can request us via Help Desk
Can I know reason for rejection of my application?
Most of the application will provide reason for rejection through the email communication.
