How to Apply Thailand eVOA?

Step 1: Fill the Application form and upload the requested document to complete your application.

Applicant are requested to submit your application through our secured portal. First register and activate the account. Provide all the necessary information and upload the valid documents. If applicant is minor less than 12 years then you may need to upload more documents.

Important Instruction:

• In this procedure, you have to select the country of nationality as per your passport. For multiple nationalities holder must choose their passport country that you will use for your trip.
• Application details should be exactly match with your passport. If any details are not match with passport, then your Pre-Approved envoi will be invalid.
• The validity of your passport should be at least 30 days from the date of arrival and must have at least one blank page for stamping at the immigration checkpoint.
• Please note that only travel document is your ordinary passport. Other than travel document or permission letter is not acceptable.
• Each Applicant including infants or children must complete separate applications. All applicant can apply on single login and no need to register separate login. Maximum of 10 application can be apply on same login.
• Once your application is processed, your information should be match as per your travel document. Cannot be change, cancel or no refund is applicable.
• eVOA application is specialized system thus no connectivity or support from Embassy or Consulate. For any questions or queries contact us visa help desk.
• The E-VOA application has no connection with Thailand Embassies or Consulate General. For any questions or comments, feel free to contact the E-VOA Support Desk.

Important Instruction:

To process and complete your transaction, you will need a high-speed internet connection without any packet loss. In the event of your internet connection failure or any other error, some error notification may appear on screen. In that case you can complaint us via support desk.

Step 2: Complete the payment online.

After completing all requested information and uploading documents, you have to make a visa fee through our secured channel in order to finalize your application and to process. You can pay the mentioned fees using your Visa, Master Card Debit or Credit Card. It is not compulsory for card to be on applicant name. Make sure your card has 3D security system enabled and activated for international transaction.

Step 3: Download the eVOA Copy.

Once your payment is received and processed, then you will receive an email alert to download your Pre-Approved eVisa Code on PDF file format. Alternatively, you can download your eVOA copy via your registered login account. We strongly suggested you to keep a copy on your smartphone or tablet.

Express Fast Track Service: if you travel date is less than 24 hours, then can pay additional charges to opt for Express Fast Track Service, which you can get eVOA processed within 24 hours.
